Preparation:
Pour bitters, passionfruit liqueur, and rum into a wine glass. Top with cava. Add large ice cubes and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Ingredients:
0.5 tsp. Angostura
15 ml. passion fruit liqueur (eg Giffard)
15 ml of white Jamaican rum
90 ml of cava or other sparkling wine
A wedge of lime, for serving
