Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs
- 2 slices of cheese
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Special equipment: 22 cm non-stick frying pan, immersion blender
Preparation:
- Add vegetable oil to the pan and heat over high heat until ripples appear on the surface.
- Crack the eggs into a tall glass and beat with an immersion blender for 1 minute.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan, swirling them. Continue swirling the pan in a circular motion until the edges of the eggs are set and fluffy. Once the outer edges are well set, flip the omelet and cook on the other side for about 30 seconds. Continue swirling the pan in a circular motion, but not as frequently as before, or the omelet will collapse. Flip the omelet again and cook for a final 30 seconds.
- Place 2 slices of cheese in the center of the omelet, forming a diamond shape. Fold the omelet in half, covering the cheese slices, and slide it onto a plate.
