Shaved asparagus salad with prosciutto

Preparation:

Using a vegetable peeler, shave 1 bunch of trimmed, thick asparagus into ribbons. Toss with the juice of 1 lemon and 3 tablespoons of olive oil; season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with torn pieces of prosciutto and shaved Parmesan.
