Triple Chocolate Donut Ice Cream Sandwich

Preparation:

Cut the chocolate donut cores in half and sandwich chocolate ice cream between the two halves to make sandwiches; freeze (trim the bases if you want the sandwiches to stand up straight). Melt 100 g of chopped dark chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. Let cool for a few minutes, then dip the tops of the ice cream into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with white nonpareils. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
